Getting started

How do I upload my first document?

Sign in, click Documents, drag any PDF, image, or office file onto the upload area. Extraction begins automatically.

What document types does Docusift support?

Invoices, bank statements, receipts, W-2s, bills of lading, contracts, and most structured business documents.

What languages are supported?

English, Hindi, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, and Japanese. More on request.

Integrations

How do I connect QuickBooks?

Go to Integrations → QuickBooks → Connect. You will be redirected to Intuit to authorise the connection.

How do I connect Xero?

Go to Integrations → Xero → Connect. You will be redirected to Xero to authorise the connection.

What if a sync fails?

Failed syncs are surfaced in the Integrations panel with a Retry button. Retries are user-driven, not automatic, so you control when corrections push.

Billing & plans

How does pricing work?

Pricing is per document and per client. See the Pricing page for current plan tiers.

How do I cancel?

Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Access continues to the end of the current billing period.

How do I download invoices?

Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices. Past invoices are downloadable as PDF.

Security & data

Is my data encrypted?

Yes — AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. See /security for the full posture.

Do you train AI on my documents?

No. Customer documents are never used as training data. See /privacy.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirm by typing DELETE. Data is removed from production within 30 days and from encrypted backups within a further 90 days.
