Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. We don’t refund partial months.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Everything stays. Documents above the smaller-tier vault size become read-only until you free space or upgrade again.

Do you charge per seat?

No. One price per tenant — every teammate you invite is included.

Is sales tax included?

Listed prices are net of tax. Stripe Checkout collects sales tax or GST per your shipping address.

Where do I find my invoices?

Settings → Billing → Invoices. We also email a PDF on every renewal.

What if I exceed my page quota mid-month?

Documents past quota are queued and processed at the start of the next cycle, or you can bump your plan from the dashboard for an immediate increase.
